Great food with a great style, and the staff is top notch, Stacey and chef Mark are fun. And if light is right you can dig in while playing some video games. It's the total food package on wheels done right!

Stacey’s Five Dollar hollar was invited to sling food at our first annual GLOW event early this summer and while they were there I had the chance to sample some of the bad-assery they had going on in the kitchen.  I finally decided on the Korean pulled pork sandwich and onion rings (which were stupid good by the way)

After trying that Korean pulled pork sandwich I had to make Stacey’s my first food review!

So I finally talked them into having me out to sample some of their most popular dishes and man, I should have brought and army.  First up was the Korean burrito laced with tangy handmade Korean BBQ sauce, cilantro lime tzatiki sauce, Asian slaw and home made kimchi.  This burrito was where it was at, in fact it was so good I was at a loss on good descriptors during the video. What you don’t get to see is the Freak, and the Korean Tacos that I had after that.  The Korean tacos were actually my favorite, besting the fan favorite behemoth of a sandwich affectionately dubbed “The Freak” as well as dominating over the Korean burrito.  Why would a big man choose the smallest dish you ask?  One word….. AVOCADO!  Chef Mark decks these little bad boys/girls out with some of the same components as the big burrito, but has made some serious upgrades in my eyes.  Have a look and you’ll see all the color of food love wrapped up in a soft corn taco!DSC00352
