So my friend Matt has this monstrosity in his garage, and the first time I see it it’s a mess of wires and wheels, the engine played a Houdini and bolted and it really looked like a molar had been ripped out of a jaw. Trust me he says, it’s going to be fast he says. Well he wasn’t freaking lying. This thing is sweet and it really had to be seen to believe as far as I was concerned. So what does it have inside? I asked Matt to shed a little light on the subject because you know, inquiring minds wanna know.
It’s a 1996 BMW M3 with a Chevy LS1 with a six speed tranny out of 1999 Camero. He picked up the Vorshlag kit to make that baby work, it included the motor and transmission mounts, custom headers, custom steering shaft, ABS relcation kit, and a 16lb aluminum Drive shaft. All that sounds great when it comes together with his dual out spintec exhaust which of course is stainless custom made sexiness from the headers to the ass.
I know there are a few more things we would all like to know like torque, horsepower, and how much those damn over-sized rubbers on the back cost him. Those are all little secrets that he wont be sharing anytime soon so don’t get yer hopes up. but for now, check out the gallery below for a little before and after magic.
