Almost a year ago I began working on my first webcomic. When I started brainstorming ideas, I knew I wanted to do something different than superheroes, video games, and animals. I wanted to create something funny, but also something people could relate to. As I was lounging in my bed one day wasting time, my daughter came in to hang with me. We began joking about something stupid, but to us it was hilarious. It hit me then, my daughter and I have always shared a similar sense of humor, and because of that, we can not only entertain my wife, but also drive her insane. It was then that I knew that our Daddy-Daughter relationship was exactly what I wanted to put out to the world.
In October, it will be an entire year since the webcomic launched. Since then, other projects have kept me from cranking out new issues as regularly as I would like. Now that my schedule is a little more open, it’s time to bring it back. To celebrate its return, I will be posting the original first run of Daddys Girl as I prep for the new issues. If you’ve never seen it, I hope you like it. Issues will be posted here every Sunday!
Read em, rate em, and leave me some comments to tell me what you think!
