Bobaflex.Alrosa.41st12-04-2015060 copyFresh off yet another national tour on the road with Orgy and Death Valley High, the McCoy brothers and crew are bringing their gritty, hard core stage performance to the Alrosa Villa in Columbus, Ohio, on Friday February 12th, in support of their seventh full-length studio release “Anything That Moves”, which by the way was recorded at Sonic Lounge Studios right in the heart of central Ohio. Formed in 1998 by brothers Shaun and Marty McCoy, through the years the band has seen it’s fair share of lineup changes, but today’s lineup is as solid as ever featuring Dave Tipple on guitar, Tommy Johnson on drums, and the band’s newest member, Jymmy Tolland, on bass guitar. This is one bad ass crew that gives the brothers Shaun and Marty McCoy; both of whom alternate vocals and guitar throughout the set; a very strong and serious musical backing.

“Spider in the Dark” is the second official video release off the “Anything That Moves” album.  Produced by Cool World Photography and directed by Paul Cunningham.

Bobaflex.Alrosa.41st12-04-2015044 copyBobaflex has long been developing an increasingly powerful stage presence with an Bobaflex.Alrosa.41st12-04-2015042 copyincredible passion for engaging the crowds. Typically dressed in black leather and chains this is a band that brings out everything they have for every show.  For the new and old fans alike the new material included in this year’s tour performances promises to be the best yet, both in style and sound.  These guys may well be some of the hardest working artists on the scene today. Their appreciation for the fans is evident , known for mingling around in the crowd before the set, you might even be able to catch a handshake or even grab a quick selfie with one of the guys. Don’t be afraid to say hello if you happen to see one of them walking around.

The band’s prior releases include; Hell In My Heart and Charlatan’s Web which combined, contained 6 hit radio singles including “Bury Me With My Guns On”, “Chemical Valley”, “Bad Man”, “I’m Glad You’re Dead”, “Never Coming Back” and an absolutely amazing cover of the Simon-Garfunkel classic “The Sound Of Silence”.

Following this performance, Bobaflex will be hitting the road again on tour with “The Veer Union”, “Artifas” and “Bridge To Grace”

Tickets are available now from Ticketmaster or you can link directly from the bands main page were you can also check out some of the additional up coming tour dates and band announcements.
